Hi,when i use my data on scSigR::getSignatureMatrix，I got this error:Error in checkHT(n, d <- dim(x)) :
invalid 'n' - length(n) must be <= length(dim(x)), got 201 > 2.
Thanks for your tool,I have fix the problem,the log2FC should be set correctly.
