Publish Docker image to Docker hub

Currently there is no official Docker image of the Rundeck CLI published on Docker hub.

It is actually quite easy (and free for OS projects) to set up automatic publishing on Docker hub. Since there are already several Dockerfile's used for testing, the most work would be to document the usage of the image.

Since rundeck-cli is a Java tool, I would recommend to use the openjdk image as base image.

Any update on this by any chance?

In the meantime, we've been using https://github.com/ThomasFerreira/docker_rundeck-cli which seems to work out quite nicely and also seems updated (up to 1.3.3 right now).

@Darwiner sorry, no update as yet. it's on the roadmap but i'm not sure when it will be implemented. (PRs welcome!)
