• Updated the Gatsby framework in the Rootstock Devportal by running npm install gatsby, ensuring the latest features and optimal performance.
• Installed Punycode.js with npm install punycode to resolve the 'punycode not found' issue encountered during setup.

Why

• Added Gatsby to resolve the 'Gatsby may not be installed' error encountered during the build process.
• Adding Punycode.js is a direct response to the setup error where 'punycode not found' was reported, crucial for the Devportal’s proper functioning and international URL support.
• These errors were hindering the successful compilation and deployment of the project.
