Transform common project URLs to repository

Story

As user, I want to pass project URLs conveniently copied from the web browser address bar pass to pygount so that I don't have to hunt down the Git repository URL in the UI of the issue tracker.

Goals

• When a GitHub project URL is passed to pygount, it uses the matching Git repository URL instead. Example:
  • https://github.com/roskakori/pygount -> https://github.com/roskakori/pygount.git

❓ Are there situations, where we should use the https over git@?
