Analyses

  • Behavioural fingerprint by Shen et al. 2017, Nature Protocol
  • Identifiability : Amico and Goni, Scientific Report
  • Task activation prediction: Tavor et al. 2016 Science

Tavor

The analysis proposed by Tavor uses maps of features from participants to predict the map of a left-out subject.
This analysis can be implemented by using the ds and a set of target / regressor parameters to be passed to a SampleSlicer
