This milestone is to track the completion of all issues relating to v1.0 of release of the application.

This would indicate the application has received not only its core set of features and functionality, but has also been tested and shown to be stable, stripped of extraneous/dead code, imports streamlined and minimized, and packaging created so as to allow for easy redistributoin and use of the application.
