Update our Defillama adapter for proper accounting

Separate into two "projects" (like compound v2 + v3):

1. RSV
2. Reserve Protocol V1

acceptance criteria:

• RSV TVL is calculated by looking at total assets in RSV vault
• Reserve Protocol V1 TVL is calculated by looking at both:
  • Total assets backing RTokens deployed by the protocol
  • Total staked RSR

Protocol Information:
"Reserve protocol allows anyone to permissionlessly deploy asset-backed currencies that fight inflation and expand access globally to stable currency. Currencies are fully backed by yield-bearing collateral that goes back to combination of RToken holders or RSR stakers in amounts determined by governance."
