Part Type Parent Assignment in Edit

I didn't see a request for this or if it had been considered, but one thing I'd love to see is the ability to assign/reassign part type parent hierarchy after the fact. At the moment, choosing a parent type appears to only be available when creating a new part type.

Sometimes you may start with general types, only to realize you have multiple similar at the higher level that you'd like to group under a common parent, or after having created a type you may realize you forgot to assign a parent when creating the type. Currently, it appears you have to completely redefine a part type if you want to change the parent type. If you already have parts assigned to this type, it could be quite tedious to move everything around.

Not sure how feasible it is with the current data structure as I haven't taken a deeper dive into that as yet, but if it is an easy ask, adding the ability to select the parent type from the edit part type view would be a great addition.
