Include part counts in root/parent part-types

I'm surprised this isn't already a thing. It would be useful (for me at least) to see the total part count of parent categories. I've only just begun playing with Binner, but I only see part counts when I am viewing the very last nested part-type/category. See example below.

NOT IDEAL

• Root - 0
  • Parent A - 0
    • Child A.1 - 12
    • Child A.2 - 5
    • Child A.3 - 23
  • Parent B - 0
    • Child B.1 - 8
    • Child B.2 - 19
    • Child B.3 - 4

IDEAL

• Root - 71
  • Parent A - 40
    • Child A.1 - 12
    • Child A.2 - 5

I’ll take a look, shouldn’t be too hard to fix. I’m hoping to write a better custom control for categories, it’s just a little lower on the priority list at the moment. I’ll let you know shortly if I can fit this into the next release

Thank for taking a look and thank you for your work on this! Toying with the idea of using it to manage the inventory of our internal IT department. Neat stuff.

Closing this discussion as it was implemented in v2.3.0.

I plan to rework this page further with an easier to navigate custom control. We've outgrown the simple format of part types as it was originally conceived.
