How to disable Upgrade Approval option on operator install page ? #4446

Currently I see that subscription is created using this field upgrade approval : automatic / manual on the operator catalog install screen.
How can we remove this option and default to manual in case we do not support seamless upgrades and want users not to select automatic ?
