[hack day] add documentation on how to follow progress on undercloud

There are several commands that can be run to show how to follow the installation progression on the undercloud, including the following:

• sudo su - stack ; ssh -F quickstart/ssh.config.ansible undercloud
• tail -f undercloud_install.log
• tail -f overcloud_prep_images.log
• tail -f overcloud_deploy.log
• journalctl -fu openstack-ironic*

Walk through each of these configuration bullets and show what you'd be looking for at each of the steps for failure.
