add vim support?

folke added vim support to tokyonight recently: folke/tokyonight.nvim#256
Would it be possible to do the same with kanagawa?

I love the colorscheme, but for various reasons I use vim and not neovim.

This would be great. I like this color theme but can't use it since I am using vim.
