Add ASCOM setup and usage instructions

Section should include:

• brief introduction of concept
• images of displays
• start up instructions
• shutdown instructions
• common errors and troubleshooting

Additionally this section will be made into an appendix since this is outside of the standard observation routine.

Section 3.2 Set up ASCOM Has instructions for setting up ASCOM.
Section 3.3 Take test exposure, Step 8 Has the expected output to test if ASCOM was set up correctly.
Section 4 Shutting Down, Step 5 Has ASCOM shutdown procedure.

• verify if FLI filter wheel can communicate via ASCOM and include in instructions.
• check Section 3.2, Step 6 verify connect Hub instruction.
