A bit more details are needed.. |
When I plug my extended monitor (it has non tipical resolution: 2560x1080 - ultrawide) to laptop there is a message on monitor "No input signal" |
Try using a usb-c dongle to connect the monitor |
It is not a solution to problem( |
try the last config file and let me know |
When I plug HDMI to laptop screen on it turns off, and external screen starts to show image. But in this case I can't do anything exept of watching to constant image(( |
I have the same issue. Any fix for it? |
can you try the prerelease ? |
Sure, I'm gonna test it out in a few hours. Though is the ACPI change volountary? There's a lot less .aml files now. |
I delete all the acpi files not necessary cause for some reason the applealc kext is not patching correctly so im investigating |
I will try on this week |
First of all, Ravnized you're doing an AMAZING work. Thank you so much. (Audio now works btw ;)) HDMI now partially working. I see you've applied a patch similiar to what I've done in my repository. Whenever you plug in an HDMI cable, set the internal display to 48 Hz and then 60 Hz. HDMI hot plugging will now work without any issue. Seems like we're missing something onto the internal display side. |
Im not doing anything, im relaying heavily from works of others, like the patch of applealc. So i was right, i saw the display 'laggy' im gonna research more |
System does not see my external monitor when I plug HDMI to laptop
