mp4 videos are not getting played.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 Used VideoView  and set video uri as:
 http://pixeepreprod.milpix.com/v3/video/061e9187-7319-4fdc-b784-49e771119e0d


What is the expected output? 
VideoView should start playing video.

What do you see instead?
It displays message as "this video cannot be played".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus one with 2.2sdk.

Please provide any additional information below.
Only the video urls with extensions like .3gpp or .mp4 are getting played.
