The users are automatically deleted or non-working on restart

The script works fine,

I can also add webgui to maintain the users and add users through it.

However, there is issues, Once the server is rebooted, this solution stops working and can't login to any of the accounts added using the manager. Only account that can login is default single user account set while installing.

What you think of possible solutions to this issue.
