Cannot build quick perf from sources

I've cloned the repo and tried to build, but the build is failing with:

@ennishol The JFrog repository has to be removed and the org.openjdk.jmc dependencies have to be replaced by those of Maven central. Do you want to try to create a PR to fix this?

@jeanbisutti I took a quick look, but at this time the number of issues has seemingly increased given the reliance on Java 1.7.
Is the intent to modernize the library (and thus increase the baseline to 11/17), or to get it up and running on older configurations?

@SimonVerhoeven It could start with the jfr-annotations module by bumping this version to 9.0.0, and by increasing the Java version. Don't hesitate to tell me if I can help you to do the change.

I'm a bit occupied right now, but I can take a look later. I first wanted to check what the plan was. But I already wanted to touch base to see what the plan was (if any). So increasing the baseline's fine?
