Automatic sharing project access within members of a predefined user group

Currently, i have to manually add my facility members to a newly created project, to grant them access to the project. I have no way to automatically assign my colleagues to a newly created project.

Why do you need a solution?

Having to manually assign my facility members is cumbersome for all my projects. Additionally, if a colleague changes the position, I'd have to manually remove her from all projects.

Ideas

Provide me with the possibility to define a user group for which the access to my projects is shared. Ideally i can manage the privilege members of my user group and overwrite the user group permissions with individual project permissions if necessary
