Follow-up smrnaseq PR; container update; heatmap sort; more precise batch effect documentation

In #213, I added a new file for the smrnaseq test; it was not yet available on github, so the test failed. This is a small follow-up PR just to check if the github CI test works
-->also changed smrnaseq test data names
-->also updated containers and fixed an include_graphics bug
-->also ordered heatmaps in report and image files
-->also improved batch effect docs
