How to manage User Profiles

User profiles are used to define the information to be visualised, profiles define the allowed projects, strategic indicators, and accessible views.
The user profile management is available in the Configuration menu, Profiles option.
The New Profile button allows to create a new user profile. The view guides the user through the needed steps (fields including a asterisk are mandatory).
Quality Level: Each option specify the level or levels of the Quality Model visible through the dashboard.
Allowed Projects: Projects that are allowed to visualise. In order to select the allowed projects, the user should click on the button with edit icon (pencil). The allowed projects should be selected from the Available Projects column and to the Allowed Projects column.
Allowed Strategic Indicators: Strategic indicators, defined for the concrete project, that are allowed ot visualise. In order to select the strategic indicators, first the user should select one project from Allowed Projects column, then she/he should click on the corresponding button with edit icon (pencil). In the same way as for the projects, the user can specify concreteallowed strategic indicators (by default all strategic indicators are allowed).
Finally the user must click on the Save Profile button in order to save the new user profile in the system.
In order to modify a profile, the user should select the profile from list (on the left), and use the Save Profile button (at the bottom) to persist the changes.
In order to delete a concrete profile, the user should select the profile from the list (on the left), and use the Delete Profile button (at the bottom). After that you have to confirm your action, if you accept so this profile will be deleted from data base and you won't be able to use it on dashboard.
