Here are my ideas for team structure :

  1. All decisions must be signed off by the work group leads @AbigailDogbe & @kittylon
  2. The Global Council leads @julianafalves @cecivieira should be involved in developing strategies
  3. everyone must be involved in finding content each week to share across social media
  4. everyone should aim to engage with (like, RT etc) a few social media posts a month
  5. meeting notes should be recorded each week using a template
  6. comms team inbox should be checked each week

CoC ideas:

  1. If a member of the team is already working on an issue or has responded a request, other members must get in touch with them and ask questions before getting involved
  2. all new requests should be discussed amongst the team via slack before a response is made to the requester
  3. If ever in doubt, contact an advisor before responding to requests or making decisions on behalf of the team

@AbigailDogbe @kittylon please add your ideas and once you're happy please sign off the final version. Thanks !
