What kind of csv automation are you thinking about? I can provide insight on whether this can be done in Zapier or not.

Additionally we only pay for 2000tasks a year with our current plan. We may want to prioritize more automation of admin and logistics workflows first.

@Mariatta something similar to your twitter avatar bot. So the plan is, to have a few csv's populated with different content. For example, one with links to articles on mental health awareness, one with playlists for work/study, another with details of our YouTube videos and also one for community photos. Then we could focus more time on updating the spreadsheets with new content (and encouraging members to do so too).

@lorenanicole if we're not able to do this on our current plan, we could speak to the psf to request a premium subscription. I really think this type of work flow will help the team to use our time efficiently while keeping people engaged.

I believe it is 2,000 tasks per month. Last month we used 400 tasks, so I think it should be fine for now.

Oops I can't read 😅. Thanks @Mariatta for that. I'm going to put this on the list for the project tech infra of things to hack on for this month session.

Also @marie-l the @pyladies/global-council has the power to simply say "we've upgraded to X and @lorenanicole paid please reimburse X to her funds so they don't come from PyLadies Chicago". You can see my email to the finance team for more info or just ping me. 💜
