Dictionary advanced filters and words by range

Add a button that shows optional advanced filter possibilities.
One of the first filters is a field next to the target language in which a user can enter a valid address (anything that works in Google Maps). Also a number chooser should be added for the distance in kilometer away from the given distance. Also check if the backend functionality to filter like this is already there and if not, implement it.
