Prettify Word Page

Make the word display page pretty like this:

black - actual page design
red - placeholder
green - hint to what particular thing should do

Just tested and found following issues:

• Audio symbol should only show if there is audio
• Page can still be scrolled past the MAP

Please also adjust following:

• Move the "edit" button to the right of the Word
• Move the IPA and Audio below the Word
• Have the two Language selection boxes use the language of the word as default (if the word doesn't have a description in that language, choose the first available language) and display the description / synonyms below by default
