PyCon SK Trademark Usage Policy
===============================

PyCon SK follows "PyCon" Trademark Policy adopted by the PSF board,
and SPy o.z. is allowed to use term PyCon in PyCon SK conference name.

In order to protect the term "PyCon" against unwanted or misleading use by
third parties, the PSF claims the term “PyCon” as a trademark worldwide for
conference activities. The PSF is additionally pursuing registration of the
mark in various jurisdictions.

It is the policy of the Python Software Foundation to allow the use of
"PyCon" for conferences that focus on Python the programming language, have
adopted a code of conduct compatible with that of the PSF, and allow anyone
to attend the conference subject to a reasonable conference fee. Use of
the trademark is subject to approval by the PSF trademarks committee
(write to psf-trademarks at python.org).

The PSF may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published
and announced by the PSF.

SPy o.z. Logo Usage Policy
==========================

SPy o.z. logo contains a Python logo and use the same principle:

Projects and companies that use Python are encouraged to incorporate the
Python logo on their websites, brochures, packaging, and elsewhere to indicate
suitability for use with Python or implementation in Python. Use of the
"two snakes" logo element alone, without the accompanying wordmark is permitted
on the same terms as the combined logo.

Those are published with mutual agreement of volunteer, sponsor and SPy o.z.

Artwork (avatar, logo or similar) is not a property of SPy o.z., therefore
if you want to re-use any of the artwork you have to communicate permission
with the owner.
