Feature Request - Use FacterDB and custom facts instead of real ones

May be useful when testing control repos. Can inject facts instead of getting the ones from the actual system

Will be useful for node generation maybe.

Oh... and perhaps the language client could send the facts via the protocol. Means you could switch mid edit. Also means the client can query PuppetDB directly for them.
