Add NewRelic as destination for failed/aborted tasks alerts

Send as much info as possible to NewRelic using their event API.

Must have

• Sense event data
  • Task name
  • Task ID
  • App name
  • App ID
  • Execution started
  • Execution ended
  • Duration
  • Execution result
  • QS log timestamp
  • QS log message
  • Base URL to Sense (for building links to apps/QMC)
• Static key-value data defined in config file
  • Can be used to identify which of several Sense environment (DEV, TEST, PROD) an event originated in

Nice to have

• Task history
• Beginning of script log
• End of script log
• Number of characters in complete script log
