Here are some ideas. The good thing is that this could be done manually at the beginning.

  • The first badge could be "Contributor" for everyone that has more than 10 posts
  • Influencer already a contributor and post in the site regularly / Its post always go to the top
  • Conversation starter
  • Responsiveness Badge ?
  • Edge Contributor (Follows the site guide)
