Summary

We want to show which validators are KYC approved. Might as well do all accounts

Problem Definition

Some accounts may wish to stake only with KYC approved validators.

Proposal

Indicate which accounts are KYC'd

For Admin Use

Not duplicate issue
Appropriate labels applied
Appropriate contributors tagged
Contributor assigned/self-assigned
