Summary

Service has an API that gives chain AUM values over time. Use that to make a nice chart for dashboard.

Proposal

Using API , Depends on Feature: Save daily AUM values explorer-service#291
Create chart for last 30 days of chain AUM
Add chart next to current Chain AUM value, making Chain AUM full width of area

For Admin Use
