Issues on vscode 1.86.0 and Amiga Assembly 1.8.7+

Just a discussion to summarize and follow all the issues found with the last upgrade of vscode and before...

Windows

• fs-uae is working
• winuae : the stop on entry stops 1 instruction further than previously
• (unit tests with fs-uae does not work) fixed
• further tests with copper breakpoint needed
• Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'on') #291

Linux (ubuntu 22.04, debian 12)

• chmod on the fs-uae binary does not work
• need of export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/user/.vscode/extensions/prb28.amiga-assembly-1.8.7/dist/bin/fs-uae
• "All Exceptions" stops the debugger during the jsr _LVOOldOpenLibrary(a6) command
• Debugger crash in V1.8.4, V1.8.5 and V1.8.6 on Linux - V1.8.2 works - Example code inside. #284

MacOs

• does not start [EMU] No suitable emulator binary (Mac Silicon) #283
• Works on my intel mac monterey (I used to build fs-uae on it)
