[Feature Request] Club 'Open With' and File/Dir Selection Dialogs with Cosmic Files icon in AppTray

Issue/Bug description:
Currently, Cosmic Files uses a generic gear icon, which is typically used for unknown apps, in contexts such as 'Open With', File Upload dialogs, and file/directory selection dialogs. Clubbing this dialog as a part of cosmic files in App Tray instead of separate entry would enhance user experience.

Steps to reproduce:

• Trigger open with dialog with file upload in browser or via choose wallpaper in Cosmic Settings

Expected behavior:

• Dialog will be displayed as a part of Cosmic Files in AppTray

Current behavior:

• Uses a separate entry to display the dialog
