Paste issue with Enpass Premium edition

This issue seems similar to # 600 but not identical. I use Enpass Premium as my password vault. I've not experienced any issue (so far) copy/pasting from Enpass but observed the following behavior trying to paste into Enpass.

Context: Trying to secure a device uuid and base64 encoded LUKS key in Enpass password vault.

Copy from either cosmic terminal or cosmic edit appears to work (I can paste the field back into either cosmic terminal or cosmic edit). However when I try to paste into Enpass nothing happens. Pasting with middle click (Kensington Expert Mouse) does not work (unlike ticket #600). If I paste into the search bar of my default browser (Brave) then recopy the field it pastes into Enpass without issue so I have a, albeit clumsy, workaround.

I don't know if this is a manifestation of a general bug or something specific to the combination of applications. Please let me know if there is any diagnostic procedure I can run to gather additional information.
