Cursor can dissapear

Sometimes with cosmic-comp the cursor will entirely dissappaer, it's been an issue for a while but only recently found an easily replicateble case

ripdrag https://github.com/nik012003/ripdrag can very consistently cause the cursor to disappear entirely. X11 applications like olive and running telegram in xcb mode will also often cause the cursor to disappear which makes applications like olive-editor unusable

EDIT: possibly useful info using xwayland-run did not alleviate the issue, but xwayland-satellite may have as I only tried briefly but did not hit the same issues.
