Issue/Bug description:

I have a sound system with wake-on-bluetooth. Most of the time when I'm opening my laptop I just want to do some computing and not listen to music. But with bluetooth autoconnecting, the sound system turns on and wastes energy.
For my laptop I don't want bluetooth to auto-connect because most of the devices I share with my phone and then my laptop steals the connections.
