Suggestion

Creation of a dedicated Copilot Agent for Provision Assist, likely built with Copilot Studio so we can package it up and supply with the existing solution.

Idea would be that the agent has access to the Provision Assist SPO site, can make recommendations of a space type based on what the user is asking, capture the data and add the request to the requests list with the required fields filled out.
