Terminal failed to load - OOC message on the Webpage #175

Terminal fails to load few times even if the popups are not blocked.

Inspecting the console output shows it is trying to redirect to https://labs.play-with-docker.com/ooc - this redirection refers that the environment is running Out of Capacity at the moment.

Rendering output on the screen will improve the user experience.

I guess it was a moment when servers were at capacity, currently everything is working fine. Issue can be closed.
