I could be wrong but I think the labeling of the upper double strand should be 5' and 3' instead of 3' and 5'.
Also, the labeling of 'leading' and 'lagging' strands is misleading. Leading strand refers to the one that is synthesized continuously during replication, thus both the upper strands of the two double stranded DNAs are leading strand, while both the lower ones are lagging strand.
