Add options to ignore certain lines

For example do not link words in:

• Heading 1

• Heading 2

• Heading 3

• Heading 4

• Quotes

• Strikout
• ==Highlights==

This will be amazing time saver so you can highlight whole file and not to worry that for example headings get screw-up with links.

I'll give this some thought. This could impact the processing of text significantly, because the tool is not making decisions about 'where' the text it might be linking is (other than detection of whether it's inside an existing link). That makes highlighting, bolding, etc. probably out of the cards, but headings and quotes should be doable because they're typically found on a line by themselves.
