@MeepyMay can we decide our own language / framework to use for this creating this web application?

@MeepyMay I'd like to work on a prototype WebApp for First Aide as a part of GSoC2017.

The Tech stack I propose:

  1. Ruby on Rails
  2. MySQL
  3. VueJS for the frontEnd interactions.
  4. Digital Ocean/ Heroku for hosting it. Hosting it on PeaceCorps' server wouldn't be an issue either.

Hellow @MeepyMay ! I would like to create the web application for First Aide as a part of GSOC 2017. According to me the UI/UX is the most important part for an end user application and hence the proposed tech stack :

  1. Frontend : HTML5, javaScript, jQuery, AJAX,CSS3.
  2. Backend : PHP5
  3. Database : MYSQL
  4. Hosting : Amazon Web Server.
