Additional message formats - Suggestion

Hey I just wanna start by saying I really love this project and appreciate the work put into creating it. This is really more or less a just a suggestion. I think that it would be beneficial to add more message formats that the bot tallies like ex. (3 apg) which translates to 3 as per google. I also think it would be cool to add a feature that tallies messages that say ex. (not 2) and instead of counting it as a vote count it as a negative vote. This would help when choosing an answer on a hard question that doesn't recieve many confident (1,2,3) responses. Let me know what you think, and thanks again!

How should I define the url of the channel in the project? Let's say I want to get the votes from a twitch channel. How can I assign the website address?
