Remove Soft Marker due to Screen Clutter when used with "True Marker" #17

Is it possible to notice (maybe with chat log) if you was marked during a Soft Marker Enabled mechanic, to remove the Soft Marker?

Imo (and few from static), it clutters the Screen a bit and can lead to confusion with different party list prios and stuff like that.
