@catalamarti I did this but the action is running suspiciously quickly so am not sure if it worked or not (https://github.com/oxford-pharmacoepi/Tidy-R-programming-with-OMOP/actions/runs/10037594259) - could you take a look?

progress has been made, now packages are installed and the action is rendering the quarto. now it is failing because it can not download the synthetic database
