Unhandled Promise Rejection Error: ERR_FAILED (-2) loading

Hey people,
I hope I'm in the right place. Session employee Maxim wrote to me that I would like to upload the session_debug_.txt file here so that the problem, which probably also affects some others, can be processed.
Session desktop on Windows PC suddenly starts up very slowly & won't connect.
When closing the program, the error message Unhandled Promise Rejection appears
Error: ERR_FAILED (-2) loading
When I uninstall the program and reinstall it using the recovery key, the program launches just as slowly as it did before uninstalling. It then connects but runs very slowly.
As soon as you end the session and want to restart it, it doesn't work again and you have to uninstall and reinstall again.
