obviously the nginx-upload-progress-module that you recommend when using nginx as a reverse proxy does not work for http/2. The developer did not commit since 3 years - and obviously he has no time to implement the changes. see here:
masterzen/nginx-upload-progress-module#45

Could you sketch the alternative "Whilst you could use XMLHttpRequest 2.0 to get the progress client-side" in some more detail?
