Automated testing for documentation and tutorials

Few ideas were discussed at SasView Biweekly Call on 28.03.2023.

1. The tutorial should come with version of SasView it was created and tested with
2. For automated testing possible scenario may be as follows

• If possible write a script/notebook associated with the teachinh that can automatically be tested on GH
• Put it under CI (in sasview ecosystem) and run weekly/monthly tests.
• If it fails report to creator/maintain
• Fix the tutorial and associated test
