create a VM in Red Hat virtualization

I have Red Hat virtualization version 4.3.9.4-11.el7, I'd like to create a VM that runs an Anisable Playbook from a template.
Does anyone have a simple guide to do this? Currently unable to set up.

@adibd12 What do you mean by create a VM that runs an Anisable Playbook from a template? Are you asking to run a playbook after VM creation, to create a VM from the Ansible playbook, or literally a VM with a playbook running inside it?

I am asking for a VM with a playbook running inside it, but an option with M from the Ansible playbook can work for me too.
