importing service_dialogs works but with loss

Hello,

I'm openning this new discussion but it's related to the other discussion #22256 where I can't import custom_buttons without dropping all of them before. I mean I'm stuck in importing manageiq objects in a cyclic way because of fails in importing updated custom_buttons ...

Explications :
I can import previously exported service_dialogs but the Dialog field's custom_button related to the imported service_dialog in the admin web form definition is blanked ... and the button don't work anymore :/

In short when I import a service_dialog with this command :

rake evm:import:service_dialogs --trace -- --overwrite --connect-dialog-by-name  --source /tmp/service_dialog

Everything's doing great but I loose the reference of this dialog in the related custom_button.

Is there something wrong with the import command options ?
Does somebody have this sort of troubles ?

It's possible this is a bug...can you open a bug ticket (https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/issues/new?created_from_discussion_number=22260) with as much detail as possible. If it's possible to share your export that would help as well.
