Najdorf self-service missing vm access/console button

Hello,

While testing newest manageiq version (Najdorf 1.3), I've noticed that in service ui, there is no access button in service for vm and there is no way to open a remote vm console.

I was wondering if this is a planned removal of this feature in self-service and only available from the admin ui?
Is there is a way to enable it?

HTML5 console is disabled, because ovirt has dropped support and now only native console works - which is available in admin ui.
Why was it not added in service ui?
