It looks like we depend on MathJax 2 (or 1?).

We should upgrade to MathJax 3 but this is a significant upgrade (see https://docs.mathjax.org/en/v3.0-latest/upgrading/v2.html)

Note that there is also a v4 in preparation.

Or should we use same version as libretext?

Looking at the table on https://math.libretexts.org/Courses/American_River_College/Math_300%3A_My_Math_Ideas_Textbook_(Kinoshita)/02%3A_Voting_Theory_and_Apportionment/2.01%3A_Voting_Theory/2.1.12%3A_So_Wheres_the_Fair_Method, it looks like they are still using MathJax v2.7.5
